after a way to long time of not showing up here, and not doing any pieces, i came up with this.
I really like it, and the idea too.
comments/critics/jokes/or anything is welcome though i dont think i'll change the pic.

hmm.. and of coures drawing is also a good resort..hehe

heh Looks good especially the flowing hair. I think they face might be abit out of line with the jaw or something. Also maby put a bit of texture on his skin.

Is his head supposed to be leaning back? If that's the case, the old rule about the eyes being 1/2 way down the head doesn't apply. The forehead needs to be MUCH shorter.

Either that, or perhaps we shouldn't be seeing so much of the bottom of his nose.

In any case, I still like it, especially the colors. (I've been experimenting with similar color schemes lately, and I haven't been able to get it right. Now I have to steal yours. Muhahahah!)

I like it, though for criticism the hair seems more like fur to me, that nose makes me think more of double barreled shotgun (ok, definitely a sign of too much quake 3) and I wish I could get that clean shaven. But hey I like it, so don't take what I say too harshly. It really reminds me of a picture to an earlier issue of Looney Games hmm....I think Dhabih did it actually?

it is a nice pic, but I have a few quirks. The perspective of the head is wrong. I am guessing you didn't use guidelines. The forehead should be sloped backwards, therefore smaller. The nose should not be a solid black color, you should try and add some gradients. Unlike others I like the hair. However, I don't like the extreme highlight on the sides of his hair. They make him look like a skunk. Overall, nice pic.

yeah, i think youre right about the forhead, it sould have beed shorter, and yes, its suppose to be leaning back bit.
for the eyes, the way i see it (and i just chacked the mirror), they're in the right place.
well mybay my head's proportion is wrong and there goes my refernce..
hehe..

coolness, Jander!!! Your style is great, but i do agree that the jaw might want a little touching up... well, also, he seems kinda "dead", or his skin or something -- Freddio's comment about pinkining the lips would kinda help that. Anyways, great work and keep em comin'!!
