Nightmare:
I like anime too. Good work making it yourself . However,(here it comes)The line work should be cleaner. You rarely see anime
without clean lines. The top of her head is too small. You could try to size down the face and making the head bigger.work a little more with the inner lines of her face and not just the outline.By doing this you'll get a better sense of depth.

Hey, that's good, Nightmare. Keep going with it, as Micke said. You've got the basis for a nice piece there. (See! What were you worried about...)
Do you have access to a scanner? If you scan in an ink drawing, you can give it a transparent background (on its own layer), and then work under the lines. Keeps things crisp.
(I'm fixated at the moment on getting good lines in PS...)
