Can i suggest something?

Take the bloody bevel off the type

Someone with your talent should be able to do something a bit more creative with type, and also it's style-inconsequent with the flat drawing underneath it.

[Police] my GOD what has happened in here??

[Announcer] Like shit, after we had arrested those guys from the so called "Sijun" forum for disturbing the announcment, another guy stepped into the hall with the biggest paddle I have ever seen! The only thing he said was "..that's a paddlin'" before trashing the whole place. My god, the screams..I can still hear the sound of fresh wood bashing against pale skin.
