exactly _what_ does that banner on the top frame of the site mean

"host sijun.com is not the auth block of the conf file", and why is it necessary to keep it there?

That block only shows up for me occasionally. It usually says the name of the last site I went to, rather than Sijun.com, for some reason. I'm not sure what it means, though.

you probably have cookies disabled, or you got a program like AdKiller running, which removes adds.. does remove the above logo's to..
