I hear there'es a new site that is being developed, dedicated to this topic.. I hear its going to be a really fantastic place to get some info on digital arts, like tips, for programs like 3D Max to Flash 4 and 5, etc. Its going to have lots of free stuff, but you might have to wait a while...
