I think the only problem is that his pelvis is sticking in. The whole pose requires a flow. Draw one sweeping line (make it look proud) and draw the whole thing acording to that line. If i could post pictures i would show you what i mean, but i'm retarded and can't do it, but just get that pelvis out so he doesn't look like a 90 year old man. |

My area is not figures...but i'll try to help out here. Try the blocking in technique thats been mentioned here recently. It works well, espcially for thumbnailing.
You're probably looking for something w/ a little more camera flaring....but the same techniques apply
Also use more solid shapes to block out the figure (cylinders, cones, etc). This way your character will have mass and feel more grounded. Right now your stick figure feels kinda flat.

Here is my sketch based on your figure and using isric's idea. The line to the right is what I started with and the figure to the left is the sketched result. I kinda agree that the pelvis seems to be in a position that doesnt accent the chest. Also I have never gotten the stupid picture link thingy to work so it wont shock me if it fails to display the pic.

Ok this is somthing for the last few days i have been trying to get right , pic after pic it always seemed to not come out right , so im going to ask for all your help here, and just give me some feed back on this, i am trying to make this guy standing with his chest kind of stiken out and all but maken him look bigger then life in a sence, now this is just the struction lines for the pose , do you think this pose is realistic ? , if not could somone plz , point out what i should change , i would gratly apprecitate it thanks ..
