Hmm, I wasn't supposed to announce this, but it's such a long time since I've posted a topic and I kind of miss to get those email notifications
I've just refreshed the design of my last very dull discopage and added "some" stuff....mostly old work that is.
For those who have bothered to bookmark it or putten up a link on their page, I just wanted to say that it's a new adress. The old one still works, but not for long.
Hopefully I will get some more time after my vacation to update my site more often and draw LOTSA drawings. I feel really awfull when I don't get time to make my own things.
See you in a week !
Cheers !

Very nice Joachim. I miss the disco thing too, but it's still stylish. I like the david'esque pose u got going on!
If i were to change one thing, I'd make more contrast. Right now, theres no real dark or light areas...just a whole lotta grey areas. Kinda makes it hard to focus on one thing. Just a nitpick really. |

Joachim, man do you have some beautiful art. You and Micke have got it going on fer sure. You guys are doing a really tremendous job feeding off one another in your development. I wish you guys lived here so we could get together and art speak at each other.
Who are your influences besides Micke.? You really have a clean and unique style, that is really powerful and very expressive.
Needless to say, I am very envious of the work you and Micke are doing. Keep this stuff up, and don't stop posting new images, they keep me inspired. I stripped clean your site with ultra sucker, and I am going to burn a micke and joachim cd...thanks for the inspiration... ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Wow! You site is amazing Joachim! I've admired your work in CIA Productions before, but never came across your site.
I have to say that I'm most impressed with how you keep your work so fresh and free, with loose and natural lines. It's definately a refreshing change from all the static, overworked digital art surfacing these days.
Well Done!

thanks for the replies, it was so nice to finally go to work and see those email notifications again, hehe.
Hmm, disco Joachim, maybe I will try to sing a few songs and use that design for some music promo, hehe
immi, I will see what i can do.
Fred, Thanks alot for those kind words, I'm blushing. influences..., I guess me and micke have had the biggest influence on eachother styles. We have worked closely together for the past 6-7 years now. Another person that also have been part of this is Chester, which also work together with us. To bad he don't bother to join this forum. Apart from that, I have of course been inspired by lots of different artist. but I can never pick out a favorite, I change that opinion every week
But I've kind of been strongly influenced the old work from disney, milth Kahl and the others. Aut also, moebious, Egon Schiele, michelangelo, and sooo many others...-that is if I would have to name some certain inspiration sources
vortx, thx ! You did those character designs right ? I like your style too
Cos, hehe.....who knows, I guess I have a bad habbit of drawing myself in a cheezy way
Yes, thos character design are for the Project IGI game we are now working on. I just didn't want to put them up with the game, since it's not officially released yet.
Yaum, the conan is actually just a brushover from oscar alex's picture, so I don't want to put that on my personal section.
btw FRED, here's two, one old and one new pic from Chester, the last one of us artists that have an infinite drawing competition here at Innerloop
I have a lot more that he has made, but I would rather prefer if he would post it himself.
heh, just noticed another reply..
Thx rdgraffix, I really appreciate you kind words

I posted this earlier but i do it again
Chester did this cool picture of me as Bruce Lee:
To bad he's too lazy to do an online gallery
I've been busting his balls about this for quite some time. He has some really good character designs wich i think is his stongest side.
