Top picture: I like the hair. The jaw looks small compared to rest of the face. There was this excellent head drawing tutorial thread in this forum a while ago, perhaps you could find some tips from there.
B/w picture: I like this a lot, it's clear and simple, not too many unnecessary lines. The only thing that disturbs is that breasts seem to be different size, the one in behind looks a bit bigger than the one in front.
Overall it seems you've been developing very fast, just keep on doing more and more pictures! |

The proportions is a bit off in the first
picture(the bridge of the nose, eyes..)
also i think the shading is misleading. I'm
especially talking about the nose area,
ear, and throat. you could try to make the shadow and shading harder and sharper in
areas like the nose. Also i would shade the
eye ball too in order to describe the shape
of it more, it looks flat.I like the perspective, looks very interresting and i think you've described it very well

try out Freds head tutorial . It's a very big help when it comes to the structure and proportions of the head.
I like the second pic better. But there are some lines that's missing(some of them just stops at the wrong places) and the breasts looks flat compared to the rest.
Hope this can help in any way.
