faust... You could try finding up a web-based irc-client... Sorry I dont have any url's but they should be pretty easy to find from the search engines.

Dang, I need an irc client that can handle 4 different irc servers. Gonna try to find one now

or if you have a perm ip I should be able to get you a bounce from somewhere.

then get ircN]http://www.ircn.org]ircN
ircN is a script for mIRC that allows you IRCII suppourt, IRCII being the default linux client which allows you to connect to multiple servers at once.
in ircN you just type /irc2 and it tells you what you need to type to make it work.
