I am thing about buying a wacom graphire because basically it is all i can afford right now..is this too small (4x5)??? Also i heard it draws jagged curves in photshop?? And is is compatible with Corel Draw or any other programs besides Painter I can get non jagged edges????

The jagged lines are because of photoshop. Not the tablet or your computer to a degree.
And 4x5 should be fine if thats all you can afford now, I just ordered a 6x8.
Can't wait.

Is is compatible with Corel 9 or any other programs that wont give me jagged edges???
