This is to anyone who owns a WinTime graphics tablet (or anyone who might have some idea).
I've owned mine for around a year now, and it's always worked on and off. If off, a restart of the puter would usually fix it up. But during the last week it's decided to stay off. Power is going thru it and the pen is picking up on the tablet (I can tell this by the power light flashing properly when the pen touches and not). I've checked the cables and all are in fine; I've tried updated drivers, which in the past made the cursor jump around erractically, but now don't even accomplish that.
I just emailed WinTime, but any help would be much appreciated.

I have had this same problem . with . my wacom tablet .. and actually it only happens only . after I restart the comp and I dont use the pen right away .... so this is what I did .. after I restart my comp // I dont open any program at all .. I move the mouse a bit .. the I grab the pen and move it around the tablet .. for about 20 seconds until it picks up the signal ..(sometimes it picks it up right away , sometimes . I move it around for like 20 seconds .. (which can be an eternity .. // anyways . after this it works . fine ...
I rarely restart my comp .. so it always works .... I think the trick is . to led the driver load .. dont open any programs .. use the mouse so it recognizes that .. and then use the pen on th desktop .. until it works;./. sorry if this is no help .. it just works for me .. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |
