well this is my first finished 2d image of anything other than typo logo's etc...
i made it for the online html game pimpwar.. but they never got back to me about it so..

hey i think thats really good. i like how youve added that depth. feels like the guys hand is coming right out at you and nice detail on the gun

Why no background? It would have looked bad-ass with some sort of 70's looking pimp car behind him. And, perhaps the face could have more depth. True it is blurred by your painterly recreation of a shallow depth of field focus, but there should still be more shadows and the like than there are now. The same is true for the hair, although it is black, it still has highlights.
