Hey! Don't say that  I like it. The only thing i could point out
is that you could maybe simplify it more.
I like the shapes of it, but it's maybe too
much going on(jacket, arms). Othervise from that it's cool.

I like it aswell the other.. hmm was the name "pool of despair" or something like that 
micke has a good point of simplyfying the images, and I'd like to add to that, that make them more sharper, and avoid shading (for example on this guys stomache).
Oh and the circle around the cigarette looks quite weird (guess its smoke but still..)
Looking forward for more images from you.
