Kinda saw something in another post which I wanted to try and did a quick sketch... Dr Fish.
Only problem is that I can't seem to get him right. I'm having probs with his jacket and stuff. His head is almost right...
Kind of my first real go at cartoon styles so... comments, or even better gimme your rendition of Dr Fish! 
I'm not very good... although I have been working for about 13 hours now...

Hmmm...
Ikhelix, I can only say you have to practice practice practice because 13 hours working on THIS pic is...uhm...yeah...very "extreme"...
I suggest to let him be less stiff (hmm good English?)...
And why don't you try some rounder shapes? That would be much more cooler... |

With which soft did you draw it ? it's a little flat, try to figure how it looks in "3d",
here is something i draw quickly and color it in photoshop (10 min)

I thought you'd use something the catfish in starwars. he's got those catfish feeler things above his mouth and looks all slimey rubbery.

Erm no dude... "AT" work for 13 hours... heh heh... this sketch took about two minutes
With 13 hours Dr Fish would have an entire evil crew, a submarine and probably a dungeon lair with women tied to the walls... I don't know, they're just ideas.
I just wanted to see what people could do with the idea
Oh well...
