I'm by no means an expert or fanatic, but I do enjoy cheese now and then.
Brie, camembert, rockford, etc...(spelling?)
PS. This is a weird thread.

Sharp White Cheddar Tillamook Cheese is the cheese to end all cheeses. Period!

I live close to Tillamook, so I can drive to the factory and watch em make it all fresh, just for me! Heheheh....

But seriously, I'm no big cheese fan, but that sharp white cheddar... mmmm mmmm!

I'm lactose intolerent, hence I'm not one to dine on cheese too often. Sends me crazy, then I have a hangover. Getting pissed on milk products... oh how they envy me. @;-))

Since we're on the subject of dairy-products, I suggest you all read "Milk & Cheese (Dairy Products Gone Bad!)"
Absolutely fucking hilarious.

Mmm...

You can't beat a Jacob's cracker with a scraping of full cream butter and a slice of Cheshire, Lancashire or Wendsleydale cheese.
