Hmmm... where does the sword thing end and the shoulder start?
Also, try to avoid using the smudge tool so liberally. It's really easy for anyone with any experience with photoshop to pick it out.
The background is really boring, especially the huge mid ranged grey patch behind the foreground subject.
Eyes don't gleam like that. Sure glass, mirrors, and cut gems might, but eyeballs do not.
Have you thought about how his arm works like that anatomically? Unless he had some seriously screwed up and inhuman arms, there is no way the forearm could be at that angle. Move it to something closer to a 20 degree angle and it will look much more realistic.
