Well according to a very frustrated and general Pissed off immi, 3dp will be down for quite awhile. Seems Zyfly is now attempting to take legal action to his boss as the boss wont let him touch the server that was running 3dp.
Since Zyfly owns the domain, who knows how long it will be before we see 3dP back again.
Sorry to immi if ive mentioned anything I should'nt have but I think I didn't.

There has to be something that can be done... I like Cos's idea for the new server domain name

Aargh....I'm at my wits end. If we could move to a new server, we would, but we can't, because we can't even access the old server. I'm so frustrated. we don't know what to do.
i don't know what the legal situation is. Anybody know? FUCK! I hate this shit. all we want is to just get 3dpalette back, and move it and all our hosted sites somewhere else. aaaaaargh

if this guy owns the .com domain name there is not much you can do but wait fo him to turn it back on.
if i was you i would go register a certain 3dpalette.**g that is still available asap! |

well, immi. Now that you bring that up - if you are the owner of the domain name and someone made a change, or pulled the plug without your consent, then that is indeed illegal! You could probably smash this guy if you really really wanted to (sounds like you do)
