Hey Examine Your Zipper,
I would:
1) Use more contrasting colors for the two reds.
2) Left-align the text on the nav bar.
3) Not use red against black, as in your nav bar.

ok thankz for the opinions even though i did do that in 5-10 min the only reason i am replying is so that ppl will notice it because when somebody replys it takes the message back up to the top hehehhe... hey ppl check out www.namezero.com they give out free domains but they suck they put this big ass frame on the bottem of you page heheh taht was funny "there is no such thing as a free lunch"
