these have been done for a while, and i am fairly pleased with them, or at least enough so that i don't plan to mess with them any more.
I would have posted them earlier, but i didn't want to post them till the entry date was up for a contest, and then i worked two 70 hour weeks in a row, and then, well now it's today...
anyway, here goes:
as you can see, they're kind of sister images. they both use a pretty rusty metal photograph that i ganked off of freetextures.com, a site that makes me long for a digital camera...

nope. 2 70 hr weeks *at work* redesigning a great huge web site - not working on this. sorry, i was kind of rambling on wasn't i.
