Good job on the textures, looks great. Here are a couple of books I find invaluble for creating realistic textures . 3d photorealism toolkit, and advanced 3d photorealism techniques by Bill Flemming www.komodostudio.com check'em out!

It looks a little too much like a rubber squeaky toy try adding some alpha channels to the fins so the ends appear to be thinner and semi-transparent like a real fish, also is the eye a seperate model? it could use a seperate specularity setting to make it stand out a bit from the specularity of the scales. looks good so far tho!

Nice work, it must have been lots of work to texture this fish. You should add another layer of fish skin and add transparency to it. Especially the fins and the tail. If you are too lazy to make another layer of skin, just make sure the fins and the tails have some transparency, jus a little. This fish would be great underwater! nice job

Relax Shizo. Here, have some bread and vodka. Calm down.

Cool fish, what software did you use?
