Where can I go to find out how to creat diffent effect on photoshop?? such as metal, cloth flapping in the wind...
know of any sites or good books?
If you cant understand my question please feel free to e mail me & ill send you sampleas of what im trying to do...

Finding a metal tutorial should be easy. If you haven't found a bunch of them already, then you haven't been looking hard enough.
Now, cloth flapping in the wind is not something you're going to be able to whip out in photoshop. You'll need some serious artistic skill to pull it off realistically. If you're looking for a sort of comic-booky look, I'd suggest Burne Hogarth's Dynamic Wrinkles and Drapery. Beyond that one for clothing, I wouldn't know. There are a lot of really good art books out there, but again you've just got to put a little time in your search.
