...ended up looking like the contents of someone's stomach. So I thought I'd tease you with this piece It's unfinished, but the colors got so muddy that I better leave it as it is...

Heh, it's actually supposed to be a closeup of a small stream or river (Flowing water is tough to paint, at least for me...)

Yeah, that's just what I was gonna say saffron. I absolutely love the color usage in the water (pink, red, yellow, green, blue). I don't see any clouds though, der.
That's an amazing painting saff. I would love to see it finished, though.

I just love to oogle over your colour choices. I too saw a river, but it was kinda hard to distinguish.. but to me, that doesn't matter. Art doesn't have to BE something physical. I love this piece, the colours make me feel like going swimming
You seem to have a great grasp on controlling the viewers' emotion with your work. It's cool.
