Hi Setcom,
Wonderfull work. Simple, basic, easy to nav. is what makes your side good.
Also the speed of loading on 56k is good too.

Here is tip/trick i picked up well doing wepages for clients,
If you going for 640x480 or 800x600 webpage Make your infomation on the page Centered.
so it will not look like you have soo much space when viewed from a 1280x1024 or higher.

OHhh! i just came up with a nice idea for your main page!!!,

Now that i look at main page Image it looks like a MAP of a county, how about if you Place them BOX's link at random on the Map? May need to move your logo in the image down to give you more room.

Looks nice, but I'm not sure if I liked your previous design better nevertheless.

One thing I'd point out though: you don't explicitly set page background to white, so IE just uses whatever has been specified as Window color in Windows' Appearance settings. In my case that's a light brown, and it makes your page look rather silly as you can guess. Quite a few "professional" webpages have this same bug too, so you're not alone...
