Ok of what I understand. Her/his bf/gf/husband/wife/friend is a crazy irish painter that spends way too much time on the computer doodling with his paintbrush and he\she wants us to tell her where to find a good place to learn how to paint. So that she could paint with her crazy whatever and maybe cure his addiction to microsoft paint...... atleast that's what I understood.
