The idea was copied off a scene in THE ROCK but it still took me 5-6 hours to finish this. Please give me any comment, suggestion on my drawing. Thanks!

The edge of the clouds just below the black part looks too hard. Does Nicolas Cage have gray hair? He looks more like one of those green plastic army men. Also, The ground around his legs looks funny, it looks like you used the rubber stamp tool from PS4. It has too much of a pattern.
I love the BG. (water, jet fighters, bridge)

| Yes, there are a few weak points and minor things that could use a tweaking, but overall, that is one awesome pic. I love the lighting and the color scheme. Very atmospheric and colorful. Great job. |

mask off your guy with selections, and then paint the selections. it will make your image look more crisp. if u wanna see how thats done goto my tutorial on it at: http://easel.3dpalette.com
