Hello people. I've been lurking about for a while and decided to finally post something. I'm happy to see a place offering discussions with some great digital artists and ex-sceners (hi Loki, Danny, whoever else ) I think a good way to introduce oneself is to post a pic to let people see what your style/skill is like(sort of). As for me, I'm still crossing over from 8bit to 24bit pix. Here's one of my firsts:

Hey - welcome in the 24-bit world! And when I look at your painting above, I have to say that you made an excellent transition already!
And also welcome to the board!!

Another scener -- neat! I'd really like to see the following images you'll be making.
Like Loki said, you're adapting well! =)) Keep them coming!

Cool...a wasp with an oxygen mask =D -- Is he falling, or flying? My only suggestion would be to blur the wings/do multiple instances of them to make it appear he is flying...
BTW -- The abdomen espescially kicks ass -- looks very organic

Thanks for the feedback
I did try to make the wings look like they were moving, but couldn't seem to get it right ...need more practice i guess. |
