This eye is part of a centerpiece of a larger image. I'm fairly happy with it, but was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I could improve it...
It's actually my first digital picture, drawn with a USB mouse...

pretty cool!!
Just my opinion but I think the light source and the shadows around the iris don't fit 100% together.
take a look at this pic here for reference:

Yeah around the iris the shading makes it look like it dips down into the eye.

Cool, thanks for the feedback.
Now does anyone have any suggestions on how I could fix the lighting issue? eg. moving the glare, shadows, etc.
