I just installed Painter yesterday.

My first impression: Damn the interface is clunky! Billions of options and unrelated panels everywhere...

Yeah, I've used Painter 5 and its neat, but I can't stand the interface. That might be because I learned PS first though.

Yes, if you've worked a ton in PhotoShop
it tends to hamper your skills in Painter
(or any other similar program for that
matter).

Painter can do some pretty neat stuff
when you get used to it, though
(Not that I have the patience)

Hey, if anybody knows of a pill I can
take or maybe some kind of injection to
the brain which makes me more adept at
painter...let me know.

(No I am not under the influence of any
other kinds of pills or mind altering
injections at this time)
