I was trying to create this super-slick print kinda look with this one. Could be a nice shirt or something...

That's a pretty cool pic. It would make a good sticker. Like the stickers you get at skate shops and surfing shops. Nice choice of colors.

I agree with the sticker sentiments. How did you get those lines to look like that? Was it a combination of first blurring it then using levels to sharpen it? Any way you did it, it's good. I like it.

Just to be the critic of the thread....:cough: Uh I would say get rid of that pictures(the pictures with the opacity turned down) and it would work alot better. It distracts to much from the rest of the piece....you just sit there staring at it trying to figure out what the hell they are. Other then that it looks great!

Thanks for all the comments...
All work was done in photoshop with the mouse. The lines were, indeed, made in an alpha channel, blurred and leveled.
The lettering is done in PS as well... Just typed it out, rendered it, rotated and moved the text and outlined it a couple o times. Cleaned it up a bit and tadaaaah!
Oh and the pictures are of Converge, my fav. hardcore/metal band, i just HAD to throw em in out of admiration But i agree, if it ever were printed i'd take em out...
