Damn Sorry
I used Windowblinds, for those who havent heard of it it's a shell editor...It has a trasparent option under the background bitmap thing...but it is tinted blue...looks like crap. If you download it, you can go to the companies homepage, and find out how to edit your registry to make the transparence clear, or green or whatever. The problem is it's real glitchy, mainly with the fack that when you use the scrollbar in a window, it usually gets all scrambled...

if i'm not mistaken, you can acheive the affect by downloading a new version of ctrl32.dll... or something like that, I have NT so I'm not exactly sure of the filename.. whatever the file is that you need to use visual basic,. but that file is still like a beta version. so you might get transparent window,. but you sometimes get distortion,.. i know this, because i downloaded a version of this file, and just about everything was transparent for about a week i thought it was cool,. then it started to get annoying,.
