I was watching some more of that CartoonNetwork Channel on cable. And seen that in the cold Cartoons they Put in MORE details On the background? and now they just have it Flat colors...SO whats up with this?

He He He I think just knows the Answer It just came to me! (Boy what has he been smoking? j/k) Ok I THINK that its because the cartoon now are more of on the FAKE SIDE being we have aliens, 3 sisters cartoon, and they Hit each other and try to do something Bad...

IN the OLD days, the cartoons had more detail because of how they were Real PEOPLE cartoons. Like PaPie, and the old STUPID Dog that called everyone George and trying to get the rabbit

So the old cartoon are based more on the REAL LIFE, the NEW cartoons are more based on Fake people/ Make up things

well, the background was 1 frame. and probably another artist did that.
the characters are a zillion frames, so they colored it simpler,,.
