Heehee...I finally finished that pic I've been working on =\ After much bullshiat and business. =P~ Anyway...A link to the pic...again a bandwidth warning...

Any criticism would be greatly appreciated, as it's my first digital piece.

Looks great, but for some reason the upper lip looks awkward.

Maybe it's too straight on the sides or maybe it's just too small I'm not really sure.

Yeah, it's got some issues

But I am going to learn from the plentiful mistakes I made on this piece, and not duplicate them on my second...I'll hopefully be posting a bit of it soon...Thanks for all the comments!

that picture looks great, it reminds me of liv tyler for some reason. mebbe it's the lips...
anyway, a few things that I noticed:
- eye lashes need to be softened up a bit IMO
- work on the lower part of the nose, down by the nostrils
- soften up the black line you have between the outside of the teeth and the inside of the lips
- blur the upper and lower lip together.

btw, it's not all criticsm. this is a beautiful work, and fantastic for a first digital portrait. great work Visigoth.
