Hey ppl, this is something I managed to do with little spare time I have. Since it took me a long time (working small pieces here and there when I find the time) I'm kinda lost and I don't know what it is that I am looking at in the end. For some reason I ended up not completely satisfied with it. I can't read the depth perspective and colors any more from so much looking at this piece. Any comments and critiques are welcome. Thanks.

the ship upfront and the lady kind seem to be going on the same depth plane. Similar in both contrast and detail... As singular entities they both do look really good tough. Maybe just make the darkest shadows on the ship less dark by just a tiny little bit?
Other than that it's looking pretty damn good, for my eyes atleast ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

Yeah, the ship was much lighter in terms of darkest black before, but then I couldn't achieve visual depth of it. The whole ship looked somewhat flat. This time around I tried to leave the front of the ship with darker blacks and let it lighten up a bit towards the background to make the depth of field more believable. It seems I overdid it ![Sad](images/smiles/icon_sad.gif) |
