Actually there is also another one.

This uses high frequency sound which means that it uses very little battery from the pen and the iPad (because it doesn't have to talk to bluetooth at all).
It's also 10$ cheaper. |

Wow! That's pretty cool. If I even need a professional quality stylus I'll look to that company. Do you use one�if so any thoughts on it's practicality? My guy feeling is that as cool as most of this tech is, it's easier to just use a notebook and pen and stick to black & white, then scan a sketch and keep working if it's worth building more with.
(That being said, the way I start digital paintings from the very beginning is usually by blocking in general areas of light, which isn't really a technique amenable to pen and paper.) |
