Anyone know of a forum like this one where mainly webmasters hang out. I'm really hoping to find a forum like this for webmasters.

If you want to get in to the webdesign scene
look at http://www.stylelab.nu/designarchive/
Go to the archive, there you have alot of good sites. "Just follow the white rabbit"
Some hot tips are: www.k10k.com www.vir2l.com www.threeoh.com www.ziggen.com

Haven't spotted a forum tho .
But I haven't looked and it should be one there somwhere. I think
