I was wondering what the NDA rules are regarding including playblasts or wip animations for a released animated feature. Does anybody know about this? Thanks in advanced. |

If you are submitting demo reels privately, you're fine to include that kind of stuff, but if you are putting it online in a place where anyone can see it (YouTube, etc ...), it's best to get the permission of the studio that owns it.
Sometimes studios don't like WIP images being made public without permission. They are usually fine with finished shots though. _________________ brian.prince|light.comp.paint |

Hi balistic, thanks for the insight. How about showing some clips of video game tests or animations of a game that has not been released or animation clips of a show that has yet to be released. Is it ok to show these privately on an ipad or such device, when on interviews? |
