So we are thinking of a site redo in the near feature, possibly moving to flash/html combo.
Would like to know opinions / impressions / criticisms and general ways in which we could improve our site, namely the flash half. Lets hear it. All comments are greatly appreciated.

Try to reduce the download time or add something of interest while downloading is in progress. |

make text clear & easy to read. under 'the process' sometimes the text just blends in with the background and it's hard to read.
although the menu looks extremely cool, it's usability is NOt. you have to search for the menu item you want, you only see one item at a time, blind to the other items.
this can be annoying. a new surfer to the site, doesn not know whats in the menu, highlghts it once, goes down to the last item, by this time he has already forgotten what the first or second items were.
this may be only my opinion (but i'm sture i could get someone to back me up )
-- i have yet not seen a website that works weel> that has hidden menu items, only viewed by going with the mouse over..
