Has anyone working in CS2 ever had a file revert to it's open state seemingly without cause? I was painting a figure study this evening and after flipping over to the internet for a minute, I came back to the painting and noticed it was at the stage I opened it from 3 hours ago, with two brush strokes in the history. Luckily I recovered a save from 15 minutes ago, but it still seems a little off. No error messages or anything, just a reset... It took me a minute to realized what had happened.
Sometimes I flick the open state image in the history bar to check my progress; could I have reverted and then cleared my history with a bad click? Still, it had those two brush strokes, and the only way I know how to purge history is from the edit menu, and there is usually a warning.
