Hey everyone! With some of the biggest and best minds from the Video Game Industry we have launched IndustryBroadcast.com . I won't go on about the details(as you can simply check out the about page for that) but what I wanted to do was put out a request from any articles from the Artists inside the Industry. Right now, and into the forseeable future it looks like we are going to be dealing with mainly articles of Management and Design Theories, which leaves a huge gap in our ability to educate and be of value to the largest population of people in the Industry- The Artists.

As I mentioned I am primarily looking for Artists with Industry Experience who either already have written, or would like to write articles that will then be turned into Audio Broadcasts. They can be on any subject you like as long as they are appropriate to the Audio Format, meaning you can be referencing images, charts, diagrams, etc etc. Taking the Visual aspect out of a talk on something purely visual is a challenge to say the least, however I can't imagine that there is absolutely nothing worth talking about. Artist styles of adventure games in 1994 compared to today for example.. Where the lighting technologies are evolving to, how your team is run from an artists point of view and what can be done to improve this are just a few examples of what I can think of. It is a great way to get additional exposure as we promote the hell out of our writers, and with the articles being listened to about 200-300 times a day(after basically 1/2 a week day of promotion) there are a lot of people hearing your name and your blog url every day.

Anyways, I definitely look forward to hearing from some of you and discussing ideas for articles in the future!!
