I was gonna dye my hair black. Thing is, I have to dye the beard as well.

Somehow, pirate blonde-beard just doesn't have a good ring to it...

tip : never use a hair dresser thingamajic person that doesn't know his/her work *good*.

first time in a loooooooong time i used a hair dresser shop other than the one i've been using for that aforementioned long time.

result? instead of being purple, my hair now is purple for the first 2-3 centimeters from scalp up, then fades to grey from 3-5-7 cm, and the rest ~20-25-whatever cm is grey, with a faint shade of very light purple/orange in a few places.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHJKGHJKSHGKJSHDFJKFKJJKGFJGKjgkfjklfg!

the woman bleached the hair 4 times and bleachwashwhatever'ed it once, then applied a "pigment dye", then the purple dye on top of that, and god damnit i made the mistake of assuming she knews what she was doing..

oh, not to mention the hair is so worn off i propably can't do anything more than wash it for the next half a year... and of course thus the purple roots have to stay.

result, i look like a fucking goth who's tried to dye his own hair piss drunk, with nothing more or nothing less than a Humbrol/Air-Fix miniature figure paint bottle. it's been 3 days since it was dyed and it's all faded away ON IT'S OWN without me even washing it.

klhhjklhhjkj!

:|

i know it's sad, but god damnit i need to vent off my pain..

It can't be any worse than the time I got drunk and bleached my hair with Domestos at college *shivers*

Do NOT try that at home kids

Eewwww, evil hairdresser. Know the type.

I used to have hair nearly to my waist. Past tense.

I just got mine cut and bleached in San Diego when I was down there. Cost Me $100 U.S. And I wasn't even happy with the cut. grumble grumble.

Normally I just get it cut and bleached at the highschool in the Cosmetology class. costs me lik $15 Canadian for the chemicals and the teacher is always paying super close attention so I end up getting a cut I like.

Mental note: Stop straying from the routine.

Spending $100 on hair is probably the biggest waste of money I could think of. GO to http://www.adbusters.org. I plan to get my hair colored someday. Perhaps indigo blue.

I got indigo streaks and happy with it. Altho you have to know that blue doesn't stay very well and have to dye over once in a while. Unless you like purple that is.
Red sticks better but I got a bit bored everyone decided it was a cool color around here

Egerie: The same happened to me!

Dyed my hair red with henna, and suddenly there were redheads everywhere. Talk about bad timing.

I was gonna bleach my hair, but it was really long so I thought I would get it cut. But I went to a hairdresser I had never been to before and they asked me what number I would like. I said "I dont know. Just shorten it." The woman gave me like a 1 all over so I had barely any hair left and she did it really fast like in those army films. I couldnt really complain about it either because after she shaved one big area of hair I cant exactly say "No I want it longer"
So my hair was so short it wasnt worth bleaching and now that its grown back its not waorth bleach either because school starts soon and I get kicked out if I bleach my hair.

If you want to see me with long hair, the entrance pic to my site is a negative photo of me.

status update: faint orange areas started appearing when i washed it today. strange? yes. irritating? take a guess.

then after drying it, i realized i could pull way too big hair balls outta my head by just stroking the hair once.

wheeee.

here we go. the hair has color on it in the picture 'cause it's taken in a red tinted light (no natural light available due to the little fact that it's 4 am now). in fact, there ain't a slightest hint of red in the hair, except in the very very root, where it should be purple, and even if there wasn't purple dye on it, it still should be asphaltgrey/faintbrown (natural color).......

friday, 6 pm, the hair was totally silk smooth, shiny, straight, in good condition, and looked alright.

sunday afternoon the color was gone.
monday afternoon the strange colored spots started appearing.

wednesday, 4 am, it's falling off a BIT too easily. not to mention it's so messed up i can't even run a finger through it without the finger getting stuck so i'll have to use force to get my god damn hand free, except that's not good enough, the hair still rips off.

i dislike.

whatever makes me happy != "what the fuck have you done to your hair?!" -regular hair dressah

i know it's bad when it falls off with a damned single comb stroke, i know it's bad when it feels like i've been grilling it in +60C sun for 10 years straight, i know it's bad when a person that knows more than jack shit about hair says i shouldn't even breathe to it's direction in a few months.

*shrug*

i look like a perfect nazi faggot without hair, yay for future.

not to mention the color is fine in the picture, just 'cause it's under a orange/red light.

imagine what a 90 old person's greyed out hair would look like after it's been used as a shit pipe mop for one too many times and then washed with vaseline. i don't know about you, but to me that does not look like "just fine!".

edited by an idiot who can't type.

faustgfx, after deep consideration, I think its time to swap the owls for chickens, and whip up a triple whammy v.o.o.d.o.o h.e.x for that particular hairdresser.

one time i bleached my hair but forgot i was bleaching it, and went to a concert. and 1/2way through the concert i realized i still had bleach in my hair, and it was burning its way through my skull, so i had to go outside and rub my head in a snow bank. that tops the time i spiked my hair with a lime slushee. i think.

yeah, well, i don't know a single female who'd sit in a god damn hair dresser chair for that long, so it's much worse.
