Hello this is my first picture done in photoshop, please gimme some feedback.
I know it isnt that good, but i need some feedback to help me get better!

I actually haven't got the time to be replying here but I couldn't help pointing out one flaw: The pencil lines are visible.
This isn't a problem usually, but since you've erased them in some places (i.e. shirt), I suggest getting rid of the entire outline. I think it would look quite a lot better than. Ow, and the pants look wweeeiiirrrdd

yeha, i wasn�t sure how to erase the outlines without getting it too smudgy...(help?)
And the pants...yes i know they look weird, i think so to, but i couldn�t find some good material to them to be made of.
(probably very bad english) =)

your image looks like a cartoon (that is good) so doing give too much texture to help you out with the flat look.

For the pants, how meny orc have you seen with pants on?

Change it into a bug long baggie Skurt(robe)?


I like the Yellow glowing eyes, But this can be worked out more to get the EYE more stong point to look at. so ppl look there 1st when they look at your image, take the eyes of everything els.

Make the area around the eyes a bit more darker.

How aout some Pointy Ears that pop out the side?

as for the hands,
Look at your hands and draw draw and draw =)

Most of all Make lot of mistakes!!! you will learn to draw better this way Trust me, anyone will back me up here.
