Hah, the guy who's run over by the luger made me laugh out loud, but you can't beat the lizard jumped anchorman. That's just too good. "Gghghghghgwhatthe...."

The Lizard on crotch guy, oh yeah, that one is classic.
I used to replay just that part over and over again, for my own amusement.
Another one that made me laugh was
"ANd if you want something to happen to you on a *BOOM*"
And the woman reporter who yelled
"WHO did that ?! Whos the COWARD who did that ?!"
poor woman ... that wasnt funny ... but i dont know her... still ..poor woman.
she was nearly crying.. face all red and stuff..
"You get away from here, you get away from here ! Raargh ! YOU go !"
Old man was funny ... I wish that old man had chased the dog, and gnawed on it's legs ... =p
