Great all the way until the human spandex runners showed up. (Don't want to give away the plot.) The way to make it funny seems to be to find cheap, ugly looking but creative ways to tell key scenes with a lot of irony.
I suddenly got the lust to shoot the chase scene in terminator 2 when John is on his motorbike followed by a running t-1000. Just replace the bike with a child bicycle with "helping" wheels and have a fat guy playing the t-1000. Attach some cheap grill paper on him and edit it all smoothly.(but not to good!)
The real challenge must be to have additional scenes that aren't in the original movie, your own stuff! (crazy ideas, well then it's a parody but anyway)
Then after a couple of such sweeded movies it might be time to make your own movie . And see if you can stay out of the "sweeded" field, or if it comes back to haunt you unintentionally. |
