hello glitterbug: not sure if a painting like that will start a comeback, hahaha ... but whatever - I'm having fun.

hey Suma - yes, I'm still with Weta - just finished my 3rd year. Still loving it, so glad to be here.

hey Loki,

nice to hear you're getting back to painting,

it's all about having fun!

edit: i read that you're feeling better after some tough years, that's nice to hear! i can definately relate to that (social anxiety with panic attacks and general anxiety as result) it's a tough struggle, but such a great feeling when it fades (happy thoughts everyone!)

Smile

Thanks for the welcome back, guys. We'll see if this time I can actually keep up some kind of steady stream of artwork.

Suma: It's really hard to get an official permission to post work on a public forum. But I think it's time to run the gauntlet, so I can at least post some "Kong" stuff. There's some nice stuff in it IMHO.

Max: The Halo movie is not gonna happen anytime soon. The project fell through last year. There are still some attempts to get it going, but don't hold your breath.
Currently we're working on James Cameron's "Avatar" - which is one of the most ambitious and exciting projects I've seen in a long time. Smile

Oh and btw - I updated my blog with some more stuff Smile

Ha! Thanks Luna! I actually have here and there. Don't have server to upload them right now, but if you're really interesteed I can email you a couple of mp3's (like to a gmail account).

Right at the moment I'm not making any significant amount of music. But I don't care - I'm glad I'm painting again. Check my blog for some new stuff.

or here - for the lazy ones - what I'm working on right now:

hope I'm gonna finish it supa kickass wise ...but don't hold your breath ...

Max: I know that everyone down here was very excited about a Halo movie - from what I've read it is "shelved" for now, but not scratched, so keep on hoping Smile

Alan: thank you! Glad you like 'wanna have!" - little silly sketch Smile

scumm: yerah - it's 3D (Maya). GI and final gather in MentalRay are really awesome - especially in the latest versions of Maya - or let's say they are integrated much more nicely - a lot less trial and error needed than before.
It's coming along nicely, but I didn't have much time recently.

I've updated my blog with a few more things btw - there's also a new version of 'launch". Cheers & Thanks Smile
