I hope the nudity doesn't offend anyone. I'm trying to portray the human body as anatomically correct as I can. Any crits in this regard? Texture and Shader are not done yet, so ignore that part of it.

Nice, you captured it really good!

I'm not too sure about the knees though, they seem to be a little flat.

His face is a little alien/demonic. Is that by choice?

Thanks Sumaleth,
I wasn't trying to go for the alien/demonic look but I agree. in this shot, his face looks that way. His face looks suprisingly different depending on how I light him and what expression I put on his face. When I make more revisions to this guy, I'll post some more shots of his face with different expressions in this thread so you can see what I mean. I'm sure that once his face is actually textured it'll help. right now he doesn't have any eyebrows or eye lashes, and his eyes are glowing.

Good job.
His head looks slightly too small for his face.

I gotta say he makes me feel a little inadequate.

Also the biceps need some work where they meet the armpit/pectoral.

it looks good, but i'm quite sure it must be difficult to tighten every single muscle in your body at the same time. When do you give him hair? Also, that "tendon" that comes into the side/top of the foot from the back of the leg seems wrong.

These are all great crits. Thanks!

I'm aware of the muscles all flexing right now. My plan is to create a set of controllers that will allow me to flex and deflex muscles selectively but I'm not there yet.

Ok, finally some progress. This time I've got him walking and the camera gives you the 360 experience. I still need to fix some skinning issues as you'll see and work on the various muscles flexing and deflexing. Also, I haven't made progress on texturing and shading yet.

the 360 swing is too distracting. i would stick with 3 fixed cameras. Front, side and 3/4. which is the industry standard for animation.

Sorry it took so long. Here's a 360 spin of the guy standing in place (full flex). I made some slight improvements on the skin shader, but now he's probably too shiny. I'm still primarily seeking crits on the model, but comments on shader are welcome too.

I've started creating some really nice detail maps for the face and other parts of the body, but ran into a road block when I realized my second UV sets from the block model were non existent in the high poly model. Doh! Sad ... and duh! So just keep in mind I haven't been able to apply details to the skin other than general color variation and shader goodness.

Yes! I finally got physics on the body and flexing & deflexing muscles. I've also fixed almost all the deformation imprefection. All crits welcome (surfacing still not finished though):
