hmmm, let's see... *dumps out gfx folder and rummages around*
Hmmm, a cartoon version of me  Experimenting with comic style colouring... as you can see, I've only done the hair and skin parts. I've gotta start on this sucker again and get it done ; i put it off to finish these :
a rave flyer for a upcoming Vancouver Canada rave. Got this job 'cause my friends are the hosts, plus I beat out "the other guy" cause mine looked more professional I was going for clean cut and simple here, not like the last one. I found this good practice (heck, what isn't?), plus it's good for exposure. Plus I get 200 greenbacks  I like doing these cause I like trying different things, and it keeps me motivated and constantly practising, and honing my skills.
Other than that, not much. Gotta make myself a personal page, finish all this crap for applying to universities and colleges, work on my yearbook, etc. I'll post whatever I come up with though. Till then, see ya around

Hows life in Vancouver? I was wondering what your thoughts on the art department at UBC are or even ECIAD? I'm trying to transfer to a better school and was wondering if I should go back to my hometown or stay in the U.S.A.?
I bet my brother is going to that Rave he always goes to them

Hey man if you looken for good school i goto this one in CA .. if you live in CA it is part of santa monica college .. its only 12 bucks a unit! .. and they are funded by the industry and shit .. they have awsome classes with all new sigrph computers and g4 .. the school is deked out .. has a lab with all the progs you could want and 8x9 wacom tabs .. its a cool school .. if you want to know more about it go to http://academy.smc.edu/
the page is not the best needs to be updated but its a cool school and has some good conections to the industry .. |
