I played them all, enjoyed them, too, but there was that "not as good as the original" feeling. I'm not sure if that wasn't just nostalgia though, I played the original some time ago as well, and I must say I got the same feeling... Maybe I'm too old. I find playing games to be such a chore nowadays, I can play for maybe 30 minutes at a time and then I just can't be bothered. Lately I've been trying to play HL2: EP2, having bought the Orange Box and all, and I just can't maintain interest.

I've been playing this old c64 game lately.

It took some 20 years, but I finally beat it yesterday. Smile

It always bothered me that I never completed it back in the mid 80s. Tough game. And 100% nostalgic.

Re the Sam & Max games. I'm a big fan of the original too, and I have played most of the demos for the new episodes. They didn't appeal enough to prompt me to buy the full thing, and the demos all got a bit samey after the third episode. Though I appreciate what they're doing.

Too much dialog in them IMO.
