Ok...I just upgraded to Win2000, and I went to download the drivers because it said my old ones were not compatible. So i did, and when I try to install the drivers it says I have something already installed, and it is telling me to remove it. So i did....and it just keeps on giving me the same error over and over again. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Well thanks in advance... |

Hi Ultra.
I encountered the same problem a few weeks ago. Since the drivers were physically there but were not registered as a used driver under windows, the new drivers would not be installed, giving me the same error message that you're having.
My solution was to go to the SYSTEM directory, find a wacom driver file (.DLL), and find all files sharing the same installation date and time, then deleting those (actually, renaming is a safer bet so you can come back and undo your mistake if you did so). I might have also gone into the registry and deleted keys pertaining to Wacom... I don't remember if I did.
Good luck.
