I have no idea who its by or what its called. Its featured in many sports movies and goes a little something like this "Do do do YEAH! Do do do" < thats the main curous line.
If anyone knows what this is called please tell me, thanks.

I believe it's the "Hey!" song by Gary Glitter. I too detest this song, but it simply sticks in your head every time you hear it.
