bwhahahaa an evil yoda! Sorry, I found that to be rather hilarious : )
Anyway.. about the pic, I think it's very well done. I like the atmospheric effects you've incorporated (lightning, etc..), it certainly gives it a unique "feel". I also like what you did with the evil yoda's skin. The texture is nice Except those warts.. I don't like warts... i have many warts, all over my body. It's quite sad really... hehe, kiddin

although, I think that the glow behind the character on the left side, is a bit too "thick".

I LOVE it! Evil Yoda indeed..i used to draw stuff like this a lot; even made a 3d model -- http://funhousedigital.com/temp/goblin2.jpg. also check out http://funhousedigital.com/fb-bed.jpg.
Very skillfully done...my only suggestion would be to vary the color a bit -- you're using a uniform hue, which tends to look somewhat unrealistic. throw in some brown, a bit of blue, maybe even some red. it'll make a world of difference.
